Class Hours: var Credits: 3-12 Prerequisite: HOSP 310 , senior status, 2.0 overall GPA Description: Provides practical experience in the hospitality industry with approved internship sites. May be scheduled only after consultation with the department internship coordinator. Requirements include rotating through appropriate industry departments, specific to their career interests that give students a broad view of the various management systems in the organization and the completion of the final portfolio. See internship coordinator for more information. Note: Kitchen food production uniforms are required for all lab courses in which food is prepared. Students must meet the professional dress requirements of the department.
