Includes using digital information to enhance business-making capabilities. Explores first-party data. Explains types of hospitality data to collect for calculation and interpretation to drive tactical and strategic management decisions. Analyzes and interprets data to prevent operational inefficiencies, minimize risk, and drive revenue.
