Catalog description

Develops foundational understanding of the relationship of diet and nutrition with health outcomes in populations. Introduces the key concepts, study designs, and methodologies used to investigate associations of nutritional factors with health outcomes. Students will develop critical skills in evaluating and interpreting nutritional epidemiological research. Offered by Nutrition and Food Studies . May not be repeated for credit.
