This course explores the critical role of human resource management (HRM) in achieving organizational success. Students will examine HRM from a strategic perspective and learn how to align and implement HR policies and practices with business strategy to gain a competitive advantage. Topics include strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, and employee development. Students will analyze real-world scenarios dealing with strategic HRM.
