This course explores the principles and strategies of talent acquisition, including job analysis, sourcing, candidate assessment, as well as internal and external selection. Students will examine legal and ethical considerations and the role of technology in recruitment. Students will analyze real-world scenarios and will become familiar with the techniques used to attract, evaluate, and retain top talent.
