Strategic Talent Acquisition

Catalog description

This course focuses on talent acquisition as part of a strategic human resource management umbrella dedicated to supporting the successful implementation of an organization’s mission. The goal of recruitment and selection is to findthe right person for the right job at the right time: one who exhibits the right knowledge, skills, and abilities for the job, and all while in compliance with positive ethical standards and the law. Students will learn to assess talent acquisition systems and will design a selection program consistent with principles of inclusion and equity.
