Corequisite: CULIN-095A and CULIN-127 Corequisite: CULIN-095A Section 3258 requires all students to provide medical documentation of a negative tuberculosis test. First-semester culinary students are required to obtain their textbooks, a foundational knife kit, and the appropriate uniforms. These materials are used throughout all subsequent coursework in the Culinary Academy, allowing students to rely on the same set of tools as they progress through the program.
