Catalog description

This course emphasizes proper training and development within an organization and the introduction to a systematic approach to training. It examines the development and implementation of training, including needs, job and task analysis, design and evaluation of training programs, transfer of training and employee development. Prerequisites: (MGMT 336, 336, 3600 or 3600 ).
