Nutrition Care Process

Catalog description

The course will expand basic assessment and counseling skills of the student for the chronically and/or acutely ill patient. Students will study a systematic process of how dietetics professionals provide care through: nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and monitoring/evaluation. Approved for distance education.
