Prerequisites: NUTR 580 ( NUTR 581 for CP student only). Corequisite: NUTR 583 for CP student only. This course will focus on managing nutrition services for productivity (economic, community and labor resources, and evaluation), and educating the dietitians' 'various publics' about nutrition.
