Catalog description
This course will allow students to refine and develop beginning keyboard skills. Piano technique, major and minor scales and arpeggios, sight-reading, expanded chord progressions, and harmonization and transposition skills are encountered in intermediate piano music. The course prepares students toward piano proficiency exams required at transferring universities. Prerequisite: MUSIC-1E OR Music Department Piano Skill Assessment
