Using an evidenced-based perspective, the course will examine nature of leadership in health care organizations with an emphasis on self-understanding and learning to achieve both a theoretical and practical understanding of leadership. Health care managers need to be able to create, foster and manage organizations in which people thrive and perform at their best to achieve organizational excellence. Prereq.: Acceptance in MRC program.
