Participants learn strategies to enhance motivation, leverage talent, and support effective decision-making. Emphasis is placed on applying organizational behavior concepts to strengthen employee performance and drive organizational success. Graduate standing, admission to the OMBA Program or the Certificate in Organizational Leadership or permission from the MBA Program required.
