Catalog description

Involves both a clinical education experience which provides for integration of athletic training psychomotor, cognitive, and affective skills, and clinical proficiencies; and field experiences providing informal learning and practice and application of clinical proficiencies in a clinical environment under the supervision for an approved instructor. Athletic training students are required to be involved in clinical education and field experiences in order to gain entry-level proficiencies in the profession. Prereq.: MAT 6960 .
