Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with the foundational knowledge related to the use of manual, mechanical, and physical interventions to enhance the healing process. The student will be able to identify the parameters, indications, contraindications for the use of all interventions and when they are best utilized during the different stages of healing. Students will be presented with knowledge needed to understand how to best establish short- and long-term goals to be used throughout the intervention process. Prereq.: Admitted to program.
