Catalog description

A survey of the history, science and technology of oil and gas exploration and production within the Appalachian Basin of North America. Course content will focus on conventional and non-conventional exploration and production history, methods, technologies and production. Three hours lecture per week. Field trip mandatory. Prereq.: GEOL 2605 or permission of instructor.
