Includes simulated emergency traumatic situations and actual patient contact emphasizing physical assessment, patient interviewing, and management techniques. Meets 3 hours per week. Must be taken concurrently with EMS 1501 , EMS 1502 , EMS 1503 , and EMS 1504 . Prereq.: Admission to the EMS program or special permission of program director.
