Experiments with industrial instrumentation and control devices including temperature, pressure, flow, level, position, analytical, vibration, etc. Analog electronic instrumentation and instrument calibration. Closed loop control, process dynamics and loop tuning, feedforward, feedback, and cascade control in industrial process systems. Three hours per week. Prereq.: none. Coreq.: EET 3715 .
