Course covers judicial process and policymaking. Court management is examined in light of structure, judicial responsibility, and inherent power of courts. Case flow, case management, automation, and judicial staffing are all critically examined. Prereq.: CRJS 3715 with a "C" or better and CRJS 3719 with a "C" or better; or permission of Chair.
