Catalog description

In-depth study and legal research of case law, statutes, rules and regulations at the federal and state levels. Emphasis on how to find and use primary and secondary authority, how to conduct legal research, in-depth legal writing in areas such as torts, contracts, real estate, and criminal law. Prereq.: CRJS 2602 or permission of the Chair.
