Thesis Capstone

Catalog description

The Capstone Thesis is a one-semester course for graduating students. It is an opportunity for students to integrate their learning and demonstrate their ability to apply social work knowledge, skills, and values to a specific area of interest. It provides an opportunity to research and explore a aspect of the social work profession that is of interest to the student through the lens of the MSW core curriculum. The thesis is a self-directed experience leading to an exploration of new ideas while learning about yourself through the process.
