Catalog description

This course explores the theoretical foundation of social work from both philosophical and practical points of view. The class is designed to assist students in developing a philosophy of helping informed by the values and ethics of the profession. Prerequisite(s): SWK 6004 , SWK 6100 , SWK 6135 , SWK 6201 , SWK 6402 , and SWK 6532 ; or ACC (advanced standing) or Sara Schenirer program option students or YC/Stern 3+2 students.
