Catalog description

This course will teach Jewish meditation and other meditation practices to students based on an integrative macro-model of the person. Other spiritually inclusive, mind-body, experiential healing modalities will also be introduced. Though the primary focus of the course will be on learning, practicing, and developing therapeutic proficiency with various Jewish meditations, time will be devoted to the learning of explicit clinical applications of this content, with clients in individual and group settings.
