Catalog description

This course is designed to educate students on responsible social work practice with particular competence in the social group work method. The course builds upon the knowledge and skills acquired in foundations courses with a particular focus on group dynamics and promoting mutual aid and change in a variety of groups in diverse settings. Prerequisite(s): SWK 6023 and SWK 6535 . Corequisite(s): SWK 6536 .
