Catalog description

This course will give an introductory overview of sleep and circadian rhythms, with a particular emphasis on how these physiological factors and their disruption influence cognition, endocrine function, mental health, metabolism, and body weight regulation. Content will include: the normal human sleep-wake cycle and the influence sleep has on normal and abnormal functioning.
