School Clinical Child Externship III

Catalog description

The third-year externship takes place in a clinical setting and is supervised by an appropriately credentialed professional. The student is required to complete approximately 600 hours during the year. Students meet weekly in group supervision at Fekauf. This course provides oversight and group supervision of the third-year externship experience. The course also focuses on developing a greater understanding of the parental/caretaker experience through readings and small group discussions related to the externship. Prerequisite(s): PSS 8944 . Previously offered as PSS 8945A.
