Catalog description

The goal of this course is to provide continued research mentorship to students working on their dissertation. Specifically, the primary research mentor will work closely with the student on developing, implementing, and writing of the dissertation project leading to a successful oral defense. Moreover, time and effort will be devoted to help the student publish aspects of the dissertation in professional peer-reviewed journals. This is consistent with the scientist practitioner model the program espouses and its mission to train psychologists who are prepared to work as clinicians and researchers in diverse settings. Prerequisite(s): PSH 8931 . Previously offered as PSH 8999A.
