This course is an introduction to occupational therapy with children and adolescents. It focuses on occupational behavior, explores developmental theories, occupational therapy frames of reference, and applies them to physical and psycho-social conditions typically seen in children and adolescents. The lab This incorporates hands-on learning experiences with occupational performance in children and adolescents. Students will explore application of theory in the process of evaluation and intervention, models of practice, and frames of references towards the conditions typically seen in children and adolescents.
