Catalog description
This course allows exploration of an advanced topic in Management that is not covered in the standard curriculum but is of special interest to faculty and students in a given semester. Topics may address emerging trends, leadership challenges, organizational innovation, or strategic transformation. The course follows a seminar format emphasizing discussion, reflection, applied analysis, and collaborative problem-solving. Students will engage deeply with current research and practice, culminating in a final project and reflective analysis that integrates theory and managerial application. Prerequisite(s): One required course or permission of the Program Director.
