Catalog description

Students will be equipped with advanced knowledge and practical skills in project management while preparing to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. Students will explore the full project lifecycle with emphasis on integrating scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management. Through case studies, simulations, and applied exercises, students will use industry-standard tools and methodologies aligned with the Project Management Institute framework. The course blends theory with hands-on practice, enabling students to lead complex projects, demonstrate cross-functional leadership, and apply PMI standards and ethics to real-world business challenges.
