Crises can strike any organization anytime and anywhere. No organization is crisis-immune. But while some organizations suffer irreparable damage during a crisis, others manage to keep their reputation intact and their customers loyal in the face of any adverse situation. In this course, students will develop real-world crisis management and learn to implement an enterprise-wide crisis management program. Prerequisite(s): FIN 5745 . Previously offered as MAN 8002 .
