This course examines the principles and practices of healthcare operations management, focusing on how healthcare leaders can improve organizational performance while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Students will learn to analyze healthcare processes, optimize resource utilization, improve patient flow, manage capacity, implement quality improvement initiatives, and apply data-driven decision-making to healthcare operations.
