Healthcare organizations operate in one of the most complex service environments, balancing quality of care, patient safety, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This course examines the principles and practices of healthcare operations management, focusing on how healthcare leaders can improve organizational performance while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
