This course seeks to provide students with an understanding of the process of cross-cultural management and the challenges that they face while working internationally. Effective training and exposure to cultural differences around the world can help people learn to successfully manage the ever culturally diversified workforce domestically and overseas. Prerequisite(s): MAN 1020 , MAR 1001 .
