Fundamental theories and principles of real estate valuation. Examines the nature of the national, regional, and local economies and the economic factors that affect the value of real property. Topics include basic appraisal methodology, including cost, direct sales comparison, and income; analysis of the appraisal report including regional, neighborhood, and property analyses and supporting documentation.
