Advanced Tech Startup Clinic Practicum

Catalog description

The Advanced Tech Startup Clinic is for students who have previously completed a semester in the Tech Startup Clinic and wish to further engage in the work of the clinic in providing legal advice and assistance to growing technology ventures. Building on their prior experiences and skills, students in the Advanced Clinic will assist clients with a variety of legal matters, such as entity formation, funding, intellectual property issues, privacy issues, commercialization strategies, or operational and employment issues. Prerequisite(s): LAW 7835 . Previously offered as LAW 7835A.
