The seminar provides a critical analysis of the legal framework relevant to the clinic's case work in the areas of international human and minority rights, refugee and asylum law, and international criminal law. The seminar will also cover human rights law concepts and lawyering practice, including strategic cause lawyering, and the legal, strategic, ethical and the Critical issues raised by the case work.
