This course allows students the opportunity to learn through active participation. Students will partake in a veritable soup to nuts of criminal trial practice - jury selection, opening and closing arguments, direct and cross examinations - culminating in a trial. Prerequisite(s): LAW 7330 may be taken as a prerequisite or corequisite.
