Catalog description

This course will present some foundational Jewish texts from Tanakh and selected writings in the arena of leadership literature to help students develop a broad understanding of Jewish leadership and to integrate ancient wisdom into contemporary living at home and in the office. Students will follow a trajectory through the semester from personal leadership to interpersonal leadership to organizational leadership and will have occasional conversations with guests, watch leadership videos, and apply the concepts we are learning practically in our discussion of case studies. Jewish Studies requirement for Sy Syms students ONLY. Fulfills JUD 2610 requirement.
