An introduction to the basic arguments and concepts of medieval Jewish Philosophy, as reflected in the writings of its major exponents. The emphasis will be on the analysis of philosophic issues, and the historical and philosophic contexts from which they emerged (Kal Neoplatonism, Aristotelianism, critique of Aristotelianism).
