Business Analytics II

Catalog description

The course builds on the topics and skills introduced in Business Analytics I and dives deeper into the technical aspects of the models and methods introduced in the previous course. Main topics include autoregressive and moving average models, seasonality, long memory ARMA, reinforcement learning, and ensemble methods (boosting, bagging and random forests.) The course will also explore applications of the learning algorithms to industry specific question finance, marketing, and operations. Prerequisite(s): IDS 6404 .
