Catalog description

The purpose of the course is to provide an introduction to the basic concepts and tools of modern financial analysis in the online MBA curriculum. In the course, the student learns how to assess and value investments, on both the corporate and personal level. This includes loans, leases, mortgages and small business financing. It also shows how to approach investment in the stock and fixed income markets. Prerequisite(s): FIN 5745 and IDS 5404 .
