Venture Due Diligence and Deal Flow

Catalog description

Through a combination of academic and experiential project based learning models, students will explore and develop due diligence processes that are required when evaluating a venture capital investment into early stage startups. Student analysts will learn evaluative skills they can generalize to numerous personal and professional pursuits. Prerequisite(s): Permission by instructor.
