Catalog description

Introduces central literary environmental texts and debates within the field of eco-criticism. Examines how the environment, be it natural or humanly constructed, informs our language and literature, and how literature can influence attitudes towards nature and its preservation (and/or conservation.) Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1100 or ENGL 1200 .
