Catalog description
Examines the myth of King Arthur from its origins in the Middle Ages through later retellings in Victorian and modern literature, as well as contemporary film. The course explores changing representations of Arthurian characters and the ways the legend has been used to address themes such as chivalry, patriotism, romantic love, and social ideals. Prerequisite(s): BUS 1010 or FYWR 1020 .
