Catalog description

This course is developed specifically to teach and to test the competency of computer network professionals in designing, building, configuring, managing, and supporting computer networks. Topics include configuration of various computer systems leveraging TCP/IP and other network communication protocols, physical and virtual network designs, secure network communication, physical network cabling, and hardware setup, configuration, installation, support, and troubleshooting. This course provides a base level understanding of networking topologies and fundamentals, which are critical to understanding the core foundations of cybersecurity.
