Aphasia

Catalog description

This course addresses evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of adults with aphasia, current theories of language processing and of acquired language breakdown subsequent to neuropathology. Case analyses, etiologic factors, and review of pertinent research in aphasia are included. Treatment across modalities (verbal to non -verbal). Prerequisite(s): CSD 6110 .
