Catalog description

This course addresses assessment and management of voice and respiratory diseases affecting oral communication and activities of daily living, focusing on perceptual, acoustic, aerodynamic and stroboscopic assessment, and the planning of goals/rationale/procedure for disorders affecting voice and respiration across the lifespan, population, and cultures. Case analyses, etiologic factors, and review of pertinent research in voice disorders are included. Prerequisite(s): CSD 6110 .
