Clinical nutrition, directed to common medical disorders, relevant physiology, nutritional implications, and therapy. Nutrition in gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, cancer, and AIDS are discussed. This course does not count toward the Biology major or minor. Previously offered as BIOL 3221B.
