Master's Thesis

Catalog description

Requires the student to do original work, exploring in depth a specific area of interest under the supervision of a faculty member. This work would include the review of pertinent literature and, where appropriate, empirical analysis. The goal is for the student to arrive at a conclusion that adds value to the accounting body of knowledge. The student is responsible for writing a paper/thesis in journal-acceptable form.
