Catalog description
Introduces students to the range of community based research models, including community-based participatory research (CBPR), community engaged research (CEnR), with a focus on working with underserved and urban population. Students will work with other disciplines and areas through inter-professional interactions to address health equity topics. Offers knowledge of and skills that emphasize the importance of community inclusion and partnership for public health research.
